We process only what is needed to operate and secure the website and handle your enquiry.
- Contact details and message: to respond, assess a possible project and take steps requested before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or handle other business enquiries in our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Technical security data: to protect the site, prevent abuse and diagnose failures in our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Data required by law: to meet a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)). Providing data is voluntary, but without required fields we cannot respond.
3. Recipients, transfers and retention
Vetted providers supporting hosting, email, security and workflow automation may process data, as may advisers or authorities where required by law. Transfers outside the EEA use an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. We retain data only as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, meet legal duties and handle legal claims, then delete or anonymise it.

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Polish authority. NOVA makes no solely automated decisions with legal or similar effects from website enquiries. Language and theme preferences are functional; we currently use no advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. The OpenStreetMap preview and external links may receive IP and browser data under their own policies.
